With the recent easing of social distancing rules, we continue to operate in accordance with the government's health and safety advice and are committed to playing our part in controlling the spread of the coronavirus. We believe that sticking together is key. For this reason, we are working hard to offer you the best possible service at this moment. Here are some of the measures we are putting into practice.

As a responsible retailer, we have taken all necessary measures to ensure our stores are safe, hygienic environments for everyone. The health and safety of our team, customers and the community will always be our first priority.

STORE RETURNS
For purchases made in stores, we are extending the returns deadline to 10 days.

ONLINE RETURNS
We are extending the returns deadline to 14 days on all purchases made online.

If you prefer to shop at home, we’ve made it easier for you to shop online with delivery available only in Colombo and suburbs and the option to place the order and pick up from store. We look forward to continuing to serve you safely and responsibly, however you choose to shop with us.

DELIVERY
Our courier companies are adapting their procedures in order to guarantee the safety of our employees and our community. We thank you in advance for your patience, as there may be some delays to deliveries.

PICK UP FROM STORE
If you have an order awaiting collection in our store, it will continue to await your collection there for 2 weeks from the date of order placement.
