  1. How do I make a purchase?
    Once you select what you like just click on 'add to cart' and then proceed to check out with your details. We also have cash on delivery for Sri Lanka - if that would be easier for you. If you have any problems please contact customercare@fashionmarket.lk
  1. Does fashion market offer gift orders?
    YES.  When you are in your shopping bag scroll down to gift orders section and tick Please wrap the products in this order.


  1. How do I track my order?
    It will be fully tracked , and an email notification will be sent to you by our team. The courier person will also contact you. If you need more information on getting the tracking number/status please email customercare@fashionmarket.lk
  1. How long will delivery take?
    Delivery will be on the same day, if you are living in Colombo (1-15) and you have placed your order before 12 Noon. When you place the order before midnight and your delivery address is within Colombo, delivery will be within 24 hours (http://www.fashionmarket.lk/pages/delivery-policy)
  1. Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?
    You can only change the shipping address before dispatch. If you enter a wrong address by mistake please email to customercare@fashionmarket.lk 
  1. What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
    You will have to contact the customer care in advance and inform if you are not available on the day of your delivery.
  1. How much duties and taxes do I have to pay?
    We bear all the duties and taxes on behalf of our fashionmarket.lk customers.

    Sure you can!

International customers  exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery, the item to be returned has to be shipped to us and we will ship the exchanged item at our cost.

  1. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
    We do accept only exchanges and we do not do any refunds,  however you may exchange an item to your liking.

    YES. The blouse piece will be either attached to the saree OR provided as a separate piece.

  1. I have forgotten my password - what shall I do?
    Go to my account and click on forgotten password, you will be asked an email address for which new password setting details will be emailed from Fashion market.
