Delivery Policy

• Delivery for orders above Rs. 5000 is free island wide and a standard shipping charge of Rs. 500 will be added for orders below Rs. 5000.
• Orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.
• Our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL

• Delivery charges will be confirmed by our team.
• Delivery will be completed within 9 -12 business days.
  

FashionMarket.lk is committed to meeting delivery times as specified for your region. However, occasionally, due to technical updates to our systems, force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions or others, under which our delivery agent services aren’t available or busy seasons, the delivery time might need to be extended and deliveries may take a little longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. FashionMarket.lk cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
